Information collected from you if you choose to join newsletter on this website:

Your e-mail address will be processed externally by Zoho Campaigns (https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/) to send you our news campaigns and product updates and notifications. Therefore, this information is provided to them and stored on their servers. This information is not stored by AeroDataBox directly, and we only transmit your e-mail transiently to the specified third-party provider at the time of subscription. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link inside the e-mail.
Information collected from you when you use Flight Alerts API to receive flight updates via your webhook URL:
- Complete URL address of your web-hook endpoint including any pieces of information you provide therein that may or may not be sensitive (i.e. query string arguments, tokens, keys, if provided)
Your web-hook URL that you provide to us using the API Services is processed and stored on AeroDataBox servers for the duration of the existence of the flight alert subscription associated with your URL (that duration starts from the moment you create that flight alert subscription and lasts till the moment you remove it using designated API endpoints).
If you flight alert credits are exhausted and/or you are no longer receiving the flight alert notification for this flight alert subscription; or if you completely unsubscribe from or stop using the API Services the flight alert subscription including associated URL will remain stored on servers of AeroDataBox. If you are no longer able to remove those flight alert subscriptions yourself using the designated API endpoint, you may contact us to permanently remove them.
In addition to this, if you subscribe to the API Services through a third-party API marketplace and use that to call the designated API endpoints to create a flight alert subscription with us, the URL will be additionally transferred through and may be stored by that marketplace servers. Please consult their privacy policy to learn about how they handle your data (see “Third-Party Policies” section).
Information collected from you when you contribute ADS-B data:
- IP address of your device sending the data (derived automatically)
- Geographical coordinates of your device sending the data (optinal, when you choose to use your data for MLAT and provide this data)
For diagnostic and monitoring purposes we process and store this data for all receiver devices that contribute or ever contributed ADS-B data to us through the established public channel. In addition to this, if you choose to assign a receiver device to your account on this website, we will store a digital identifier in order to link your account with the device.
Information collected from you when you use the API services:
- Your API key (for direct API subscriptions via this website only)
- Your third-party marketplace username / user identifier (for subscriptions via the 3rd-party marketplaces only)
- IP address of your device or server consuming the API (derived automatically)
- Complete HTTP request made to API endpoints called including any pieces of information you provide therein that may or may not be sensitive (i.e. query string arguments, tokens, keys)
For every call you or your application makes the request to the API services, we process and may store this data to faciliate access management to the API service, its functioning and monitoring.
